I returned to Chapter 12 of CeleKing2 and made some good progress on it. In the course of writing, I was able to find a way out of a rather uncomfortable sequence and set up some of the events to come. Not a bad bit of work if I say so myself.

As I’ve noted previously, this story has put me in an awkward position frequently. Now, you might argue that as the author I can simply excise any material I’m uncomfortable with. This is true, but while I generally like to plan things out in my story, I also let things develop as they will, at times in quite unexpected ways. I feel this lends more naturalism to the narrative, but with the subject matter here, it still rubs me the wrong way a bit.

Anyway, the worse Yasuko has it, the more rewarding it’ll be when she comes out on top, right? I should be able to knock out 12 and 14 after another day’s work or so. Stay tuned.

I managed to make up for lost time working on Chapter 14 of CeleKing2. More progress like this and I’ll be a happy camper. Speaking of camping, my legs need another day to recover, so I should hopefully manage to make another decent showing progress-wise while I’m holed up in the apartment. Stay tuned.

I said I was going to set aside time for writing, but I didn’t quite meet that goal. I did do a little writing on Chapter 14 of CeleKing2, but that was only because I couldn’t see my 3DS screen in the sunlight while I was waiting on my train. My adventures for the day will have me out of action for the next day or two, so maybe I can pull myself away from my wall of games to actually make some real progress. Stay tuned.

I fell short of my goal. I made some headway in Chapter 7 of TG, but not enough to finish it or to make up for my deficit in the quota. This was partially due to the additional research I needed to do for the scene in question, but I won’t deny frittering away a fair bit of time as well. So it goes. It’s time to return to TBP. Stay tuned.

I usually don’t get any writing done on Saturdays, but I managed to make about half-quota, bringing the entire week’s work so far up to about the halfway mark. Obviously, I’m going to have to buckle down if I want to make quota before it’s time to switch over. I’ll look to making that happen. Stay tuned.

I made a little more progress on Chapter 7 of TG. If I’d just put the time in, I’d get through it rather quickly, I think, but I’ve been doing more gaming than writing lately. So it goes. More to come. Stay tuned.

I made a little progress on Chapter 7 of TG. If it actually mattered to you, dear reader, I’d say that more progress was made in FE:Echoes, where I wrapped up Chapter 3 and am now moving on to the invasion of Rigel. Sadly, my video game accomplishments don’t count for much in the grand scheme of things. C’est la vie. I’ll at least get Chapter 7 of TG done before the week’s out. Stay tuned.

I made a very limited amount of progress on Chapter 6 of TG. Didn’t have as much time for writing (or at least, I didn’t use as much time for writing). My schedule’s a little more packed this week than it usually is, but I will admit to spending more of my off-hours on FE:Echoes. You know how it is when I’ve got a new game to play.
