Somehow, despite being only semi-conscious, I was able to manage about half-quota on Chapter 17 of TWH. There was one point where I could’ve gone on a tangent trying to fill out something and I stopped myself and just bypassed it and moved on. At this rate, even if I didn’t seem to be coming down with a cold, the chapter isn’t going to be ready for this week. C’est la vie. I’ll see what I can get done. Stay tuned.

I made minimal progress on Chapter 17 of TWH, partially because I was wanting to reference my more detailed map of the Allied Kingdoms and realized that I hadn’t migrated those files over to my new laptop, so I had to deal with that, only to discover that I had misremembered the geography of Bergeny, prompting a correction to the story as released thus far. Then yesterday the mascot demanded I go to bed before I could get any writing done (ad me falling behind with stuff is why this post wasn’t written then). Anyway, I have the strong suspicion I’m going to continue to lag behind. Seems like this week is going to be a bit of a wash, but let’s see if I can’t do something about it. Stay tuned.

Despite being sore from a run-in with a fellow cyclist and just generally exhausted, I still managed to at least do half-quota on Chapter 17 of TWH. The already belated update completely slipped my mind, so I’ll have to hop on that. Stay tuned.

I made more progress on Chapter 17 of TWH and Chapter 24 of NagaTen. If I could finish either or both by the end of the weekend, that’d be nifty. Stay tuned.

For the first time in a good while, I’ve actually had a bit of downtime at work and I was able to use that time to do some of that writing on TWH I was talking about, starting in on Chapter 17, which I’ll be needing the week after next. I also made respectable progress on Chapter 24 of NagaTen back home, so a rather productive day that’s helping to offset last week’s slacking. More to come. Stay tuned.

Wednesday’s portion isn’t even worth talking about. I only finished a line left half-written in the previous session before the mascot pested me to bed. However, I was able to make up for it the next evening, not only in terms of wordcount but also in pretty well finishing Chapter 16 of TWH. All that remains is to go over it again before publishing it on Saturday. That’s one accomplishment, but now I’ve got to think about Chapter 17. I’ve still got a few days until the switchover, so we’ll see what I can accomplish. Stay tuned.

I once again fell short of quota, but not by much. I would’ve liked to at least round out the day’s 500, but my fuzzy efficiency expert was pesting too much, so I just had to give in and head to bed. I’ve got about a day’s worth of shortfall I need to catch up on. More importantly, I have just three more days to get the chapter done regardless of how much more needs to be written. We’ll see what I can get done and what the mascot will allow. Stay tuned.

I made some more progress on Chapter 16 of TWH, albeit well under quota as I was just too tired to go any further. I’ll try to make up for it next time, but I can’t promise anything as I have a feeling I’ll be little better off. I’ll do what I can. Stay tuned.

I did a bit of a switcheroo and made Saturday my off day as I was too tired to do any writing then after marathoning three of the five Friday the 13th films for Sunday’s reviews. And so I followed it up by driving right along in Chapter 16 of TWH. I can’t make any hard and fast predictions, but it may take more than just meeting quota over the course of the week to finish the chapter, but I’m going to make a solid effort to getting it finished this time, even with me staring down a six-day workweek. -_- Anyway, tally forth and sally ho. I fell embarrassingly short of quota again Thursday but at least managed to finish the first section of Chapter 16 of TWH. I made up for that lost progress the following evening, but as I imagined, the chapter is going to be a fair bit longer than the approximately 2500 words written over the course of the week. I might have continued to power through, but Saturday was a working day this week, so I couldn’t manage that. It’s a shame that I have to delay TWH yet again after I’ve finally gotten my writing schedule back on track, but there’s no helping it. I’ll just give TWH an extra week before switching over so Chapter 16 can come out next week (which, coincidentally, I have to work Saturday then as well). Apologies for yet another delay, but now I need to go marathon three of the movies I need to review for tomorrow. Stay tuned.
