I finished Chapter 22 of EM2 and wrote a bit more on what’s now Chapter 23. I’ll be turning back to TWH. I only work two days this week, so I’m either going to have to pack more into those days or make a point to actually make progress on my off days. Stay tuned.

Nagareboshi Tennyo has gone into full production as the successor to JJ2’s slot in the queue. I’ve done some scattered bits of writing on it before now, but this past week I rounded out the prologue and worked on Chapters 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6. The details of the storyline haven’t quite solidified yet, but I’ll work on getting things hashed out in the near future. Next, I was thinking of sticking with the Gladius Cycle after KniTwi wraps, but I’m feeling like a change of pace, so I think I’ll start work on The Witch Hunters instead. Stay tuned.

I finished Chapter 19 of EM2 and went on to knock out Chapters 20 and 21 as well and start on Chapter 22. (Eagle-eyed readers will note that I’ve reshuffled the last few chapters a bit.) Because I’ve finished JJ2 and KniTwi, I might just keep working on EM2. Otherwise I’ll try to figure out what I want to put next in the pipe and work on that. We’ll see. Stay tuned.

I know I’m supposed to be working on KniTwi, but all I had left of JJ2 was the epilogue and I had a pretty clear image in my head, so I went ahead and got it written, so that marks the completion of my twentieth novel. Pachi pachi pachi. I haven’t decided what’ll take its slot in the schedule just yet. In the meantime, KniTwi, KniTwi. Stay tuned.

Nothing like an impending deadline to compel you to get things done. I finally managed to complete Chapter 17 of EM2, so that’s something. Now I need to get to work on KniTwi. Let’s see if I can actually meet my deadline this time around. Stay tuned.

I decided not to make a post for the process of just getting through the last paragraph I needed for Chapter 20 of KniTwi, so it makes me look like I’ve done even less than I actually have, which is admittedly not much. After a week of doing nothing before Chapter 17 of EM2 was supposed to come out, it looked like I was going to have a second round, but I actually did start to inch on ahead, but when I’m having to choreograph action sequences, it always takes me longer. I fell short of my target, so I guess I’m going to have to go another round. Whee. Oh, and I’m finding myself stumped in the review process too. Double whee. Anyway, more to come (hopefully). Stay tuned.

I finished Chapter 16 of EM2 in time for the weekend update. I then started on Chapter 17 and then jumped ahead to Chapter 18 and doubled back once I finished. Chapter 17 is going to take a bit of work, but I’ll get through it. For now, it’s time to switch over to KniTwi. If I happen to defy my usual behavior patterns, I could actually finish the book if I put my mind to it. We’ll see. Stay tuned.

I made some progress on Chapter 16 of EM2. Not enough to get it out the door, however. I’ll be continuing work on that and once I get it done, I’d like to deal with that hanging ending of Chapter 20 of KniTwi. Stay tuned.

With me grinding my gears in KniTwi, I switched over to JJ2 and made some very smooth progress, getting through Chapters 40, 41, and 42. All I have left is the epilogue. Feels pretty good. From here, I need to switch over to EM2 since last time’s progress didn’t end up the way I intended. Stay tuned.

I was supposed to be working on Chapter 20 of KniTwi. I started, but then was spinning my tires and switched over do Chapter 39 of JJ2 instead and once that was done, I returned to KniTwi and got a little bit done. I probably need to keep working on KniTwi, but I might end up wandering over to something else. We’ll see. Stay tuned.
