I’ve mostly been doing work on the peripheral materials today, but I did get Cronos’ Chapter 2 done, so we will have a story update coming up Wednesday. I meant to get a Mascot Monday out this week too, but my backlog of vids is starting to thin out and photo updates take so much more work by comparison. (Yes, I know I’m being criminally lazy in my current marginally employed state.)

It’d be lovely if I could sharpen my focus and really make some major progress rather than this inching around nonsense, but I think my aforementioned marginally employed state is starting to dull my cognitive functions. I suppose a physiological cause is possible, but the days seem to get away from me before I ever manage to accomplish much of anything. As much as I’d love to get by just spending my days with my writing, I think it’s all the other stuff like work and school vying for my time that force me to make the most of what time I can get. Then again, I am terribly prone to distraction, an unfortunate by-product of the age, but that’s no excuse for poor mental discipline on my part. I think I’ll end on that note lest this post warrant the “Ramblings” tag. ^_^;
