Fog Over Frisco (1934)

Director: William Dieterle
Starring: Bette Davis, Donald Woods, Margaret Lindsay
Synopsis:
An heiress disappears and her half-sister tries to find her while her reporter boyfriend is only looking for a scoop.
Impressions:
While it's interesting to see Bette Davis' work from the 30s, this really isn't a very good film, a B movie that just fills a space with all the other crime stories of its day. It's not terrible or anything, but there's nothing about it that's compelling enough to warrant a watch. Utterly forgettable. Pass on it.
