Darkman III: Die Darkman Die (1996)

Director: Bradford May
Starring: Jeff Fahey, Arnold Vosloo, Darlanne Fluegel
Synopsis:
Darkman is targeted by a gangster after stealing his drug money to pay for equipment to perfect his artificial skin.
Impressions:
This film is even more low-rent than its predecessor, even though the two were filmed simultaneously and it was supposed to actually be the second film. It feels more like an episode from a made-for-cable TV series rather than a movie, but I guess for a DTV movie, the production values aren't too far apart. You can almost see how this is the plot of the week. Arnold Vosloo continues to underwhelm as Darkman, but he honestly doesn't have that much to work with. Jeff Fahey is okay as the main bad guy, I guess. Unless you're a completionist, there's not much incentive to see this. Pass on it and you won't be missing anything.
