Synopsis:
The Lone Wolf travels to London amid the Blitz to break up a German spy ring, but Scotland Yard thinks he is an enemy spy himself.

Impressions:
The Lone Wolf movies I've seen prior to this have been fairly standard detective stories that bank heavily on the charisma of Warren William, assisted by the amusement value of Eric Blore. This one manages to stand out by upping the stakes with international espionage. This is a lot more interesting than your typical mob killing or jewel theft. You get to see Londoners toughing out the regular German air raids, which was still fresh in people's minds when the film was made. If you're wanting a change of pace from the typical crime story, give this one a watch.
