Impressions:
With so many stories only getting partial adaptations or installment spaced years apart, it's nice to see a story completed at a decent clip. It helps that the manga run finished between Seasons 1 and 2. Anyway, we kick things off this season and it feels a little anticlimactic that Alice's mother is unceremoniously released from her enchanted sleep, but this ties into Sade's plotting from beyond the grave. In the previous season, I liked the development Daleth got and by the end of this season, we do quite a bit of development for Sade. Although a rather twisted individual, I appreciated the character the more we learned about her. As a pacing thing, I really like that we get a full episode for epilogue following the main conflict's resolution in the penultimate episode. This was a fun ride and if you've been enjoying the series so far, the conclusion is sure to satisfy. As with the previous two seasons, I recommend adding this to your collection.
