Synopsis:
A salaryman dies of overwork and is reborn as the son of a lord with the power to see people's aptitude.

Impressions:
Compared to The 7th Prince, another reincarnation story from the Spring 2024 season, this is thoroughly mediocre on all fronts. For one, there really was no need to make this story a reincarnation isekai. There's only something like one or two references to Japan and besides a bit of a cognitive boost starting out, Ars pretty much acts his age throughout (and would be slightly less grating if you weren't thinking that this supposed to be a grown man in a child's body). Your enjoyment of the series will largely depend on how well you tolerate Ars. The supporting cast is decent enough, but the plot isn't all that compelling and Ars really is the main sticking point. A second season is coming up, but I'm not too interested in being there to see it. As for this, take it or leave it.
