Synopsis:
A new executive director takes charge of 346 Productions with a new business philosophy that clashes with the Producer's ideals.

Impressions:
There are a lot of fans who are dissatisfied with the second season from what I understand, almost entirely due to the introduction of Mishiro as a more conventional antagonist. This is definitely heavier than the previous season. If you just want to see the silly antics of a bunch of quirky girls, you're not going to like the increased melodrama quotient. If, however, you thought the cast had it too easy last time, they really get a trip through the wringer, which reveals more depth to several of the characters. I thought it was worthwhile, but for the rest of you, the decision is going to rest on how much you mind seeing the conflict ball being held.
