Synopsis:
A simple delivery driver is imprisoned when he is caught unwittingly carrying illegal weapons and soon find himself mired in a rebellion against the Wahrheit Empire.

Impressions:
As the prequel to a mobile game, you could be forgiven for not expecting much from this series. I ended up being rather surprised, though. There's actually a rather good story here and character work to match. Production values aren't always great, but I imagine that's a budgetary matter. It does well with what it has and manages to nicely set things up for the main narrative of the game. I do like how the humble Innumael ends up being our protagonist rather than the more conventional Leocadio. And as for antagonists, Captain Helman works very well. As I said, this series proved to be more than I would've ever expected and I recommend giving it a watch.
