Synopsis:
Kotoko continues her work as the Goddess of Wisdom of the supernatural world, solving cases where the two worlds cross paths.

Impressions:
If you liked the previous season, you'll be getting more of that here. Now, if you're strongly invested in the supposed main plotline regarding Kuro and Rikka, you're going to be disappointed as there's no progress there and Rikka only shows up in a single episode. For me, the yuki onna case made the whole thing worth the price of admission, but the Electroshock Pinocchio and the fox murder cases were also pretty good. And even though it was underwhelming as a season finale, the little one-shot for Episode 12 was a good example of nice little self-contained piece. All this being said, while I did and still do like the formula, the fact that no real new ground is being broken here does serve to dampen my enthusiasm a bit. It's definitely worth watching, but I'm not quite as inclined to call it a must-have, though if you're a fan of the series, you probably want to get it.
