Synopsis:
The Lycian League faces a revolt led by the mercenary Cruzado.

Story/Characters:
We further integrate this series with the main story with appearances by game characters like King Zephyr, Eliwood and Lance. The Cruzado plot is decent enough. Al ruins it, of course, spoils what could've been a tragic plot with his hot-blooded shounen hero idealism.

Art:
There are some good action sequences. The rain for the final battle with Cruzado is used to good effect.

Other:
Besides the map and character sheets for Lance and Cruzado, there are a renderings of Al, Gant and Zeed by different artists.

Conclusion:
I feel the story would be better without the main character, but this volume was decent enough. If you're a fan of the game, you'll appreciate more familiar faces showing up. It's worth a read.
