Synopsis:

Impressions:
I'll admit, I completely disregarded this movie when it came out. "That's dumb," I thought, and that was the end of it. Well, yes, it is dumb, but it's some of the most gloriously dumb fun I've had in a while. The movie knows what it is and doesn't take itself too seriously. If you like the morbid comedy of the Evil Dead series, then this will be right up your alley. There's plenty of action and ludicrous gibs. Jeremy Renner and Gemma Arterton have great chemistry as the eponymous witch hunters (maybe they're a little too close, but there's fanfic fuel for you) and Peter Stormare and Famke Janssen ham it up in their respective antagonist roles. If you've got the right mindset going in, you should enjoy yourself. I recommend giving it a watch.
