Synopsis:
A girl with preternatural bad luck meets a man who is unable die and seeks to use her ability to grant him his final rest.

Impressions:
I wasn't aware of the original manga, which is a little odd because you think I would've noticed it among the other Jump titles, but the fact that this adaptation was done by David Production is reason alone to get my interest. The first episode succeeded in hooking me quite effectively. The power system is quite interesting, especially the way Andy creatively makes use of his regeneration. The web of the plot pulls you in with a nicely varied cast of characters. The grand game that unfolds nicely sets up the battle events and unravelling all the mysteries is pretty fun. David Production maintains the sort of standard I've come to expect from them, but a horrible distribution deal has seriously hampered the series' reach, and though we have a one-hour special announced for next year, any further continuation might be on the iffy side. Anyway, I thought this was quite good and definitely worth a watch at the very least.
