Synopsis:
A reincarnated Demon Lord seeks out the hero who defeated him for a rematch, only to find that the hero has fallen on hard times and must be whipped back into shape to become a worthy rival once more.

Impressions:
Many of the elements here are fairly familiar, but the way they come together is what makes this series entertaining. I got a strong Jahy-sama vibe (I mean, heck, they even have Naomi Ozora voicing the reincarnated Demon Lord), so if you liked that series, you stand a good chance of liking this one, too. The antics of Max and the Demon Lord are amusing enough, but the secondary cast adds a good bit to the comedy as well (especially Zenia). Surprisingly, though, there is a fairly serious main plot going on, but I feel they do a good job of balancing the comedic and dramatic elements that doesn't undermine the drama (too much) or weigh down the comedy. I certainly found it a worthwhile viewing and recommend giving it a watch.
