Synopsis:
An R&D specialist for an evil organization fights bureaucratic red tape, tight deadlines and budget limitations in an effort to create a monster capable of defeating the superhero Blader.

Impressions:
I was quickly hooked by the concept of taking the trials and travails of engineering and putting it in a sentai setting. The fact that the putatively evil organization Agastia is paradoxically more ethical than most real-life corporations is a constant source of humor. There's also the neat gimmick of introducing real-life local heroes and giving them a little screentime. (I'm sure Ibaraki will appreciate even one tourist coming in as a result of Ibariger's appearance.) Production values dip on occasions, but generally things look good. It's a fun little series that's worth a watch. Give it a shot.
