Impressions:
I'm feeling pretty burnt out on isekai, but I heard some good things about this and decided to give it a shot. While Farma is as overpowered as most isekai protagonists, the fact that he was humble enough to defer to his father (who can diagnose ailments on a near even level without Farma's cheat skill) and Eleanore (who better understands how Divine Arts operate) was appealing to me. The fact that the successful use of his cheat skills is contingent on the medical and pharmaceutical knowledge he amassed in his previous life and that his success requires him to learn political and business acumen make the pill easier to swallow, if you'll pardon the pun. Things are still a bit too easy mode for my taste and the battle in the finale was rather limp. If the premise intrigues you, I'd say it's worth a watch.
