Synopsis:
Tsubasa Hanekawa is seemingly possessed by a cursed cat and goes on a spree of nighttime attacks on random people.

Impressions:
This is a nice look at the "Black Hanekawa" incident. Honestly, what little we were given back in Bakemonogatari was enough to go on, but I didn't mind seeing the episode fleshed out. Also, I'm always happy to see Hanekawa's neko persona (or should I say "purrsona" given the translator's attempt to wedge in cat puns into her speech?). As you'd probably expect, there's plenty of fanservice, though nothing quite so far gone as in Nisemonogatari. Despite (or because of) that, anyone invested in the story and characters will find this worth watching.
