The Quick and the Dead (1995)

Synopsis:
A female gunslinger joins a quick draw competition in a bid for revenge.

Impressions:
This is a cool little Western that banks on an amazing ensemble cast. It's the first American film for Russell Crowe, in case you were interested to know, and one of Leonardo DiCaprio's earlier film roles before he really made it big. The whole cast impresses, but I'm partial to Lance Henriksen and Keith David, not to discount Sharon Stone or Gene Hackman in the slightest. It's definitely not a conventional Western, but it's an entertaining film that's well worth watching.
