Cyborg Cop III (1995)

Synopsis:
A pair of federal marshals protect a reporter who knows too much about a biotech company's cyborg experiments.

Impressions:
Well, I suppose it should surprise no one that the quality of the series continues to decline as it goes on. David Bradley is replaced by a meatheaded duo that sometimes has amusing banter that borders on redeeming value. They claim to be federal marshals, but they seem to be freelances. It's rather ambiguous, but so was Jack Ryan's position in the previous film. The whole cockroach cyborg thing doesn't do much to inspire and the main villain can't even hold up to the mediocre Starkraven from the second film. You shouldn't go into a series like this expecting much but even lowered expectations probably won't be enough to get you through this one. Pass on it.
