Impressions:
This sci-fi retelling of Shakespeare's The Tempest is a landmark film for its genre. In some places it comes off a bit stilted, but it's still enjoyable enough and it's a significant step in the history of special effects. People familiar with Leslie Nielsen in his later comedies will probably find it strange seeing him in a dramatic role, but does pretty well. Give this one a shot.
