Synopsis:
A high school student finds himself plunged into the world of curses when he becomes the vessel for the King of Curses, Ryoumen Sukuna.

Impressions:
I'm going to have to revise my opinion of Shounen Jump after having thoroughly enjoyed so many series under their label lately. I went into this blind and was solidly hooked from the first episode. I really like the core concept of fighting curses with curses, piling negative on negative with all the consequences that come with it. There is a lot of creativity put into how the curses work, which makes for interesting action set pieces. The characters are also great, not only the core members but the supporting cast as well. Actually, I wished the power trio had more time to build their relationship earlier in the series, but it all works out. Production values are first-rate, to the point that a lot of Attack on Titan fans grouse about this series getting more of the studio's attention. I would heartily recommend adding this one to your collection and eagerly await a continuation.
