Synopsis:
Gabriel escapes from Hell to try to prevent the birth of a human/angel hybrid.

Impressions:
Given how it worked out before, you wouldn't think giving rise to a new generation of Nephilim would be a good idea, but that's the plan on the heroic side in this film. I liked the dynamic between Gabriel and Izzy (Brittany Murphy) and the vision of Eden and the general paralysis of Heaven's faction were interesting. It's not as good as the first film, but it does carry the story forward. If you're content to leave things lie at the first movie, that's fine, but if you want to see where things go, give it a watch.
