Impressions:
Do you know The Misfit of Demon King Academy? Take that series and surgically remove every ounce of charm and this is what you get. A lame protagonist, sub-par waifus, a stupid plot, not a single decent joke to be found... About the only thing positive I can say is that the production values are decent and the OP song is okay, but that's not enough to make up for everything else being bad. It's not even infuriatingly bad or hilariously bad. It's just flavorless oatmeal. If you've never experienced anything better, it's passable, I suppose. About the most joy I could derive was a chuckle at the idiocy of having a covert demon go by the name 'Devilis'. I'm going to be nice and say that it's just in-universe stupidity rather than blame the author. (We do get a little of our boy Matsuoka hamming it up a bit as a side character, so there's that too.) There's pretty much nothing for me to recommend but also nothing to get me particularly angry either. Even if you'd just be considering this as a time-waster, there are better ways to waste your time. Pass on this.
