Synopsis:
In the Shadows House, living dolls serve their shadow masters, but as one newly assigned living doll learns about her world, the mysteries abound and danger as well.

Impressions:
This passed me by on its original airing, but with the launch of the second season, I went back to check it out and I'm glad I did. I liked the setting and enjoyed the slowly unravelling mysteries surrounding the Shadows House (which made the "as you know" info dump in Episode 10 particularly infuriating and the biggest black mark on the series). I liked the dynamics of the shadow masters and their living dolls and particularly how the two were distinct from each other, especially in our main group. The debut trials make form a nice way to cap off the season with some particularly good character work. I liked this quite a bit and would gladly recommend adding it to your collection.
