Synopsis:
Faced with a threat known as the Pillars, the god Odin offers humanity his aid by empowering young women to serve as his Valkyries, leading the human forces in battle.

Impressions:
The premise here is fairly interesting, putting girls in magical vintage planes to fly sorties against this weird alien menace. I was getting Azur Lane vibes from it, particularly drawing parallels between Claudia and the Enterprise. (Now, I haven't seen Strike Witches, but apparently there are similarities to that series as well.) We get a nice little group dynamic with the main Tateyama quartet and we have a decent balance of comedy and drama. Production values are also rather good, as you'd expect from A-1 Pictures. I found it a rather enjoyable watch and I think you will too. Give it a shot.
