Synopsis:
The world is at peace after the defeat of the Demon Lord, so a young witch travels to the capital to work at a realtor to help find homes for human and nonhumans alike.

Impressions:
I've previously seen the concept of real estate in a fantasy setting with Dragon Goes House-Hunting and this series adds that to the whole "cute girls doing cute things" subgenre. It's mostly inoffensive fluff, but they do try to have a somewhat more serious plot thread running in the background with the dragon rampaging. Your mileage may vary as to whether playing for drama near the end fits the overall tone. Basically, if the high concept sounds like something you'd enjoy, I imagine you'll find this worth a watch. Unlike some of the other fare this season, I can at least say I didn't regret watching it, even if it's not going to be topping my list of recommendations.
