Impressions:
I nearly passed this one by, but I kept on hearing all this buzz about Kongming, so I checked it out. Normally I'm not too big on music-based shows, but the premise was just crazy enough to work for me. I only have a passing familiarity with the Sanguozhi, but I imagine fans will get a fair bit extra out of it. Even not being that well-acquainted with the inspiration, it's fun watching famous events from (pseudo)history adapted into the context of the story and the parallels made between Kongming's era and the modern day. Kongming himself is quite amusing and Eiko is a little ball of sunshine. Even for someone like me who's quite dense when it comes to music, the songs are quite good, especially the OP and ED. I had a lot of fun with this and I imagine just about anyone else would to. I recommend adding it to your collection.
