Synopsis:
A demon infiltrating the human world finds himself bound to an angel and forced to help her hunt his own kind.

Impressions:
Were it not for the supernatural twist, this would be a fairly standard high school romcom, teasing some of the romantic warfare of Kaguya-sama but with far less brains applied. It is amusing that the mutual attraction between Akutsu and Lily frustrates their efforts to get one over on the other. We start to shift from comedy into more character drama in the latter part, as it seems nearly impossible for Japanese comedic writers to maintain a comedic tone. Whether you find this drama effective or not is another story. While I certainly never fell in love with this series, it's reasonably competent and Akutusu and Lily's antics are generally entertaining, just enough to push it over the line for me to recommend it for a watch.
