Synopsis:
Araragi discovers that he is losing his humanity and seeks a way to reverse his transformation.

Impressions:
While Araragi is back in the driver's seat, our feature character for this arc is Ononoki. I initially didn't have a very good impression of her (not surprising given what happens in Nisemonogatari), but as she got more screentime, she managed to grow on me. It seems that her character benefits most from being apart from Kagenui. Speaking of Kagenui, we get a little more insight into her character, but it doesn't do as much as Kaiki's return did for him. The antagonist Tadatsuru was rather underdeveloped, but I suppose you can argue that's part of the point. While hardly the strongest arc in the series, it's still worth giving a watch.
