Hellraiser: Inferno (2000)

Synopsis:
A crooked cop crosses paths with the Lament Configuration while he investigates a killer known as The Engineer. He soon finds himself trapped in the web of his own sins and facing judgment.

Impressions:
If you didn't have the Lament Configuration, you'd swear this is one of the more recent Silent Hill games. A lot of people deride said games, but if that kind of storytelling appeals to you, then you might enjoy watching a protagonist in the darker shades of grey come to terms with his own iniquity. Otherwise, this is possibly the nadir of the series, though I'm personally torn between this and the seventh or eighth film as being the worst. (I haven't seen Hellraiser: Revelations and don't intend to, nor do I consider it an actual entry in the franchise.)

There may be something here for you, but I'm not going to recommend it with any enthusiasm.
