Warlock: The Armageddon (1993)
Director: Anthony Hickox
Starring: Julian Sands, Chris Young, Paula Marshall
Synopsis:
The children of a clan of Druids must be trained to combat a warlock reborn to herald Satan's reign on Earth.
Impressions:
The previous film was a mixed bag, but I really liked Julian Sands as the warlock and there was some charm to Richard Grant's performance as well. I can't say our protagonists hold up their end of the equation as well, but the overall idea of an order of Druids surviving to the modern age and trying to come together despite internal divisions to prepare the new generation for their task was interesting. I can't enthusiastically recommend it, but if you like the first movie well enough, you'll probably want to give this one a shot as well.
