Synopsis:
An agent responsible for policing time travel clashes with a senator plotting to buy the presidency with ill-gotten gains from across history.

Impressions:
JCVD films aren't known for being on the high end of cinema and this is no exception. There's decent action and a passable plot. Van Damme is Van Damme. If you've seen any of his stuff, you know what you're in for. I did like Ron Silver as Senator McComb, but there are no other real standouts in the cast. Practical effects are okay, but the CG is laughably bad. If you like Van Damme, you'll probably like this. As a decent but not great action flick, it'll do. Take it or leave it.
