Bell, Book and Candle (1958)
Director: Richard Quine
Starring: James Stewart, Kim Novak, Jack Lemmon
Synopsis:
A witch takes a liking to a publisher and uses her magic to win him over.
Impressions:
This is a decent little romance about modern magic. I have to say, Kim Novak is rather sultry as Gil and there's a nice dynamic going on with her little circle of Elsa Lanchester as the batty Queenie and Jack Lemmon as the freewheeling Nicky. It's mostly fluff, but it's entertaining enough to warrant a watch.
