Synopsis:

Impressions:
Just as Season 2 of the main series was a step down, so too are the OAVs. The stories aren't as compelling or funny and the dip in animation quality further saps the appeal. If you're a diehard fan, there may be enough to justify giving up some of your time, but if you choose to pass on these, you're not missing much. Take it or leave it.
