Partially due to the fact that spam comments were piling up, I felt the need to check in. Contrary to what you may have thought, I have not in fact fallen off the face of the earth. What time I had to spare for writing last week was devoted to reviewing Tico3 before wrapping things up. Speaking of which, I need to update several chapters with some minor edits in the near future. I didn’t get around to working on Tico4 any and I’ll have to debate whether or not I want to pick that up or switch over to TTWC1. We’ll see. I may not get much writing done at all as I have a significant bit of work to do. Stay tuned.

A little more progress on Gamaliel’s Chapter 5 of TTWC1. We’ll see how much writing I get done this weekend. No promises. Stay tuned.

I pretty well finished up Gamaliel’s Chapter 4, but a lot of time was spent just hopping around all the different stories that are hovering between pre-production and production. Some are fragments with only a handful of lines of dialog. Some already have complete chapters. I certainly will never be left wanting for stuff to do.

I made progress on Gamaliel’s Chapters 4 and 5 of TTWC1. Yes, I know I said I was going to stick with Tico4, but whenever I reset my machine, prior momentum tends to evaporate. Anyway, I’m going to keep chugging along and if all goes well, I might have Gamaliel’s section wrapped up before the week’s out. Stay tuned.

I continue to trudge along in Chapter 4 of Tico4. Previously I’d stated concern about having two sections of internal narrative in a chapter largely driven by dialog, particularly having them side by side as a consequence of how things are set up. However, the more I work on said sections, the more I see that they’re different enough in tone and content that it shouldn’t be a problem and being situated in the middle should make for a sort of reflective intermission. We’ll see how it looks when it’s finished. Stay tuned.
